I am an online graphic logo designer at logowaves.com since 1999 and have been serving clients from all over the world. My other business is growing herbs which was started in July 2006. At this moment I have a small 1 acre "JavaTea" (orthosiphon stamineus) or known as Misai Kucing locally. The first farm is in Manong, Kuala Kangsar Perak and second farm will be near Ipoh area.

For more than 6 months I did not work much on graphic designing or creating new website for anybody. It was hard to adapt new "kampung lifestyle" but I was happy and healthier. I have to admit.. I still love my old job (graphic designing) and I will not quit. Furthermore, now I have fast broadband internet connection. Looking forward to create new logos, website and other prints design.

Painting in watercolor, oil and photography are my favorites but at this moment I am too busy with online business and farming. Hopefully when everything settled I can start my watercolor and master the oil painting. As for photography.. I am dreaming having the new DSLR Canon that captures 10 frames/second. They claimed the fastest DSLR around. Just saw the article today.. the price is around RM16000 and will be in the market next month. Looks like I won't get it in near future. Personally I love Nikon very much and yet have not checking the update on cameras.

Watercolor paintings I made still in the folder and not framed yet. I have few painting made in 1996 and few new pieces painted in 2006. It is a ten years gap between new and old pieces however.. I guess I have not lost the touch! For oil painting I managed to complete only one "tropical fruit" and the other paintings were incomplete and wonder when I can playing with colors again.

July 2006 was a whole new episode of my life. Finally I moved out from the brick city - Kuala Lumpur and stay for few month in my home town. Wife and my eldest son Raqin were not coming and they stayed there until January 2007. My daughters Adinda and Nina moved with me to Manong, Kuala Kangsar and they were very happy. In January we were together again when Raqin finished his primary school and Maizan (my wife) finally got transfered to CIMB Ipoh. We were expecting CIMB Kuala Kangsar branch but never mind.. Ipoh is only 45 minutes away from my hometown. On 28th January we moved (again) to a new house in Meru Permai, Ipoh. Raqin started a new life in a hostel as form 1 student. Nina studies in Taman Jati Primary School while Adinda in pre-school near our house.

Wizan Zaini - Born in Malaysia in 1969 when the first man landed on our moon. Started online business in graphic logo design (logowaves.com) in 1999. I am not only a designer but also a painter and photographer.. and now also a farmer. Happily married with three kids. Working mostly on Mac and sometimes PC when I have no other choices! Bagaimana Memulakan Perniagaan Secara Online.
Ketuklah sembilan dari 10 dari pintu rezeki yang ada. Masuklah ke pintu pilihan dan anda telah dijanjikan rahmatNya. Business! Itu bukan janji saya tapi itulah hakikatnya. Terpulang apa jenis business yang dijalankan yang penting ianya halal dari segala sudut. Sumbernya, caranya dan segala aspek mesti ikut hukum. Jangan lompat pagar jangan menyusup bawah meja!

Sebagai menunaikan amanah yang terpikul dijemala patik! Di sini saya ingin berkongsi pengalaman dalam perniagaan secara online. Bukan niat mahu bergaya sombong tetapi rasanya membazir kalau ilmu ini dibawa kekubur sebelum sampai kepada orang lain untuk dimanafaatkan. Saya bukanlah hebat tetapi ada sedikit ilmu yang terkumpul dari tahun 1999 hingga kini. Sebelum ianya berkarat elok kita sama-sama berkongsi.

Apa yang anda perlukan untuk bermula?
Mulakan dengan bismillah dan kemudian pasang niat. Pasanglah niat apa pun, nak kaya, nak senang, tapi jangan lupa di hujung niat mesti ada kalimah kerana Allahtaala. Moga kita terhindar dari keburukan dan sesal di kemudian hari.

Pertama saya ingin mohon maaf kerana bahan (bertulis) telah hilang dan terpaksa mengarang semula, jadi pasti ada cacat celanya.

Laluan Internet
Syarat pertama mestilah ada kemudahan internet, paling tidak boleh gunakan komputer di Cafe tetapi lebih baik ada laluan sendiri - Lebih bagus jika ada broadband. Bila ada laluan bolehlah menjelajah dan perhatikan apa yang orang lain buat. Apa yang mereka jual? Bagaimana dengan permintaan. Biasanya jika banyak laman yang serupa maka permintaannnya mungkin sangat tinggi - dan pasti persaingan juga sangat hebat. Biasakan diri dengan enjin carian (search engine) seperti Yahoo, Google, MSN dan sebagainya. Ini adalah tempat rujukan paling besar dan sangat penting dalam perniagaan internet.

RANDUK BENUA HAS A SMALL FACTORY

It is not farming - but manufacturing and packaging! We just signed the agreement with MARA last month for the small factory lot. It is about 1100 square feet and just enough to get started. Lucky! Good news is that we don't have to buy the tea bag machine (RM20K).. My brother's friend is lending his machine to us. The machine is not too old was lying for almost 2 years. We brought the machine to the factory (took 6 person to load it onto a lorry) and got it stripped, naked! All parts were taken out and cleaned. Few part were sent for chroming - wow it looks like a new machine now. We painted the body with solid white.

Now the machine is still lying there because the mechanic is still on RAYA holidays. Maybe.. maybe he will come end of this month (Oct 2007) to reconfigure and set the machine. My wife should be happy as she will no longer need to do the manual bagging. It was tedious work to fill the tea bag with herb, weighing and sealing. The machine will do the rest at one (or half) tea bag a second! Fast! Very fast if the machine can bag 30 bags/minute.
